More on the IVLA: The IVLA is a nonprofit corporation that provides legal support and education to Iowa artists and to arts and cultural organizations across the state. The IVLA is led by Dave Bright, an adjunct professor at the University of Iowa College of Law. The IVLA has been a long-time partner with the College of Law’s Citizens Lawyer Program; each semester, College of Law students, many of them former artists and creatives, offer their time and expertise to the IVLA as volunteers through the Citizens Lawyer Program.
